10. Mr. Ryan asked the Minister for Finance if decisions have yet been taken on the form which new incentives for savings and investments should take; and, is so, if he will make a statement on the matter.

Mr. J. Lynch: As I stated in reply to recent similar questions, I have set up a working party to review existing arrangements for encouraging savings and to examine the possibility of improving them. I have asked that they complete this task as soon as possible.
