Mr. Spring asked the Minister for Finance the date his Department received proposals from the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries in connection with the provision of a slipway at Fenit, County Kerry; if the proposal has been examined and, if so, when work is likely to commence on the slipway. Gibbons): A proposal for the provision of a slipway at Fenit, County Kerry, was received by the Commissioners of Public Works in November, 1963. Because of other commitments, it was not possible to have the examination of the proposal completed in the 1964 survey season. The examination was completed [985] this year and in September a report with a plan of the slipway was furnished to the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries.
