35. Mrs. Desmond asked the Minister for Lands whether steps have been taken by the Land Commission to acquire land for division at Lisnaboy Upper, Cullen, County Cork.

Mr. Moran: There are no current proceedings for land acquisition in Lisnaboy Upper. Some time ago inquiries were made by the Land Commission in connection with a 27 acre property in this townland but it was decided not to move for acquisition. More recently, their attention has been drawn to another holding in the townland and the matter has been noted for inquiry. If the Deputy has any particular lands in mind and furnishes particulars, I shall have the position investigated.
