Flanagan asked the Minister for Local Government if he is aware that twenty-six residents at [595] St. Colman's Terrace, Tullamore, County Offaly have urgently requested repairs to the road in the Terrace and the removal of surplus water from the road; and that they were informed that the County Council are not responsible for the road, although the Council own the houses, and receive rent and rates from all concerned; and if he will have the matter examined, and provide a grant for the work.
