5. Mr. T. Dunne asked the Minister for Agriculture the number of clear herd bonuses, and the number of headage grants outstanding in North Tipperary; and if he will take steps to expedite payment of these grants.

Dr. Ryan: The numbers of claims outstanding in County Tipperary are 26 for clear herd bonuses and 42 for headage grants. These claims are under investigation and will, if in [1081] order, be paid in the near future. It is not possible to give separate figures for North Tipperary.
