13. Mr. P. O'Donnell asked the Minister for Finance if he is aware that a number of USA pensioners who had taken up residence in this country have now returned to the USA on account of the fact that income tax is payable on their pensions while they are resident here; and, if so, if he will take immediate steps to have such pensions declared tax free.
