71. Mr. Dillon asked the Minister for Agriculture how much has been provided in each year since 1952 to date to compensate farmers for losses on wheat (1) from the Exchequer (2) from a levy on imported wheat and (3) from levies on home-grown wheat.

Compensation to farmers for losses on wheat, under the headings mentioned, are as follows :—
