34. Mr. Allen asked the Minister [441] for Posts and Telegraphs how many applications for installations of telephones are outstanding in Wexford up to 28th February, 1962; and how long it will take to bring these installations up to date.

Mr. Hilliard: There were some 190 applications for telephones outstanding in County Wexford at the end of February. It is expected that about 70 of these will be cleared within the next six months and the bulk of the remainder within the succeeding six months.
