86. Mr. Norton asked the Minister for Lands if he is now in a position to [675] indicate when the residue of the turbary on the Montgomery Estate at Riversdale, Killucan, County Westmeath, will be allotted.

Mr. Moran: As indicated in my reply of 23rd November last to a previous question by the Deputy, it is hoped to allot almost all of the residual bog on this estate during the spring.

Mr. Norton: Would the Minister say whether any development work has to take place prior to the allocation?

Mr. Moran Mr. Moran

Mr. Moran: Yes; there is some development work.

Mr. Norton: Will that be put in hands soon?

Mr. Moran: I expect so, yes.
