Dáil Éireann - Volume 191 - 20 July, 1961 Committee on Finance. - Appropriation Bill, 1961—All Stages. 1583 Leave granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to apply a certain sum out of the Central Fund to the service of the year ended on the thirty-first [1583] day of March, one thousand nine hundred and sixty-one, and the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, one thousand nine hundred and sixty-two, to appropriate to the proper supply services and purposes the sums granted by the Central Fund Act, 1961, and this Act, and to make certain provision in relation to borrowing. —(Minister for Finance). Mr. Sweetman Mr. Sweetman Mr. Sweetman: Did the Minister not make a mess of this and did the Committee on Public Accounts and the Comptroller and Auditor General not tell him to be a good boy and to do it right?
