That a sum not exceeding £18,500 be granted to defray the charge which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the 31st day of March, 1962, for Expenses under the Electoral Act, 1923, and the Juries Act, 1927 (No. 12 of 1923 and No. 23 of 1927).
