24. Mr. T. Lynch asked the Minister for Finance if he is aware that serious damage has been done to the foreshore at Tramore by the winter tides; and if he will have an immediate survey made of this damage with a view to having the break-through of the tides remedied.

Mr. J. Brennan: No recent representations have been made to me in regard to damage to the foreshore at Tramore and I do not propose to have a survey made of the area. The matter appears to be one for the local authority in the first instance.
