30. Mr. Belton asked the Minister for Justice if in view of the fact that the Intoxicating Liquor Commission recommended the opening of licensed premises on Saint Patrick's Day he will introduce legislation to this effect.

Mr. O'Donnell: Could the Minister say when amendments will be introduced to the Intoxicating Liquor Acts?

Mr. Traynor: No, I could not give any definite date. The matter is still under consideration.

Mr. O'Donnell: Could the Minister say when the report will be published?

Mr. Traynor: The report itself has been published for a long time. It is in circulation.
