Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Inter-Governmental Communications.

Mr. McQuillan asked the Minister for External Affairs if he will make public the texts of all communications which passed between the British and Irish Governments between the 12th and 20the December last concerning incidents in the occupied part of Ireland.

Mr. Aiken: It is country to practice to publish such communications without the consent of the other party, which consent it is not proposed to seek.
