Dr. Browne Dr. Browne Dr. Browne asked the Minister for Finance if, in view of the grave shortage of capital for socially and nationality desireable development projects, he will take the necessary powers to invest in Irish Government securities whatever sum is needed from the £64.6 million of the Legal Tender Note Fund at present held in its entirely in British Government securuties.
