Mr. G. Sweetman asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if he will state the dates on which An Tóstal was held in each year since its inception.

Minister for Industry and Commerce (Mr. S. Lemass): In 1953 An Tóstal was held from 5th to 26th April; in 1954 from 18th April to 9th May; in 1955 from 8th to 29th May, in 1956 from 6th to 21st May; and in 1957 from 12th to 26th May.
