Mr. McMenamin asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if he will provide additional pier facilities at Port-na-Luing, Ballywhorisky, County Donegal, in order to facilitate the [148] loading of granite being quarried there.

Mr. S. Lemass: I understand that the existing pier facilities at Port-na-Luing are in private ownership. The only funds for harbour development at my disposal are those provided for grants, etc., in connection with public commercial harbours.
