Mr. James Tully Mr. James Tully Mr. James Tully asked the Minister for Defence whether a naval patrol boat was in the Drogheda area on the morning of 1st March, 1956, and, if so, why it did not intercept the foreign trawler which was fishing off Drogheda Bar on the previous night.
