Mr. O'Malley asked the Minister for Health whether he has yet completed his examination of the position obtaining in Limerick City in regard to the cost of administering health services, and, if so, the nature of his decision in the matter.

Minister for Health (Mr. T.F. O'Higgins): My examination of the matter is not yet complete.

Mr. O'Malley: Is the Minister aware that he gave an undertaking nearly 12 months ago that a decision would be arrived at in this matter before the rates were struck for this financial year?

Mr. T.F. O'Higgins: I would refer the Deputy to the reply given: my examination of the matter is not yet complete.
