Mr. Ormonde asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if a proposal for the manufacture of synthetic soles and heels at Drogheda has been submitted to his Department, and, if so, if he proposes to issue a new manufacturer's licence under the Control of Manufactures Act for this project.
