Mrs. Ryan asked the Minister for Lands if he will state the reason why a [279] person was refused an extension of land when the Slattery estate at Castlecranna, Nenagh, was divided recently.

Mr. Derrig: The giving of an allotment to this applicant had to be temporarily postponed pending the settlement of a boundary question. That matter has been settled and he has recently been put into possession of his allotment.
