Mr. Keyes asked the Taoiseach if he will state the number of towns with more than 500 and less than 1,000 persons and the aggregate population of such towns.

[1251] Donnchadh Ó Briain: The number of towns with more than 500 and less than 1,000 persons on 8th April, 1951, was 88, and the aggregate population of these towns was 62,588.
