Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Ashbourne Act Annuities.
Mr. Desmond Mr. Desmond
Mr. Desmond asked the Minister for Lands if he will state, in view of the fact that certain tenants in the townland of Gurrane, Donoughmore, County Cork, have paid their final annuity under the Ashbourne Act, whether these tenants are considered by the Land Commission to owe any further payments.
Mr. Derrig Mr. Derrig
Mr. Derrig: It has not been possible to trace any case in the townland of Gurrane, County Cork, in which the final instalment of annuity under the Ashbourne Act has been paid.
If the Deputy has any particular case in mind and supplies me with particulars, I will have further inquiries made.
