Mr. Larkin Mr. Larkin Mr. Larkin asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce whether he will indicate if any steps are being taken to bring about a settlement of the labour dispute in the industrial alcohol factory at Cooley in the interests of the farmers in the area as well as from the viewpoint of restoring harmonious relations between the factory staff and the management of the company. Mr. Lemass Mr. Lemass Mr. Lemass: I have made inquiries and have been informed that there have been no recent moves to bring about a settlement of this dispute, which, I understand, arises out of the refusal of the workers concerned to accept a recommendation of the Labour Court.
