Mr. O'Gorman asked the Minister for Defence if he will indicate when the civilian employees of his Department at the naval service dockyard at Haulbowline may expect to receive increases on a par with those granted to workers in similar employment in the harbour area.

Mr. Traynor: Applications for increases of pay have been received from the civilian employees at the Naval Dockyard, Haulbowline. The applications are being examined and it is hoped that a decision will be reached shortly.
