Dr. Ryan Dr. Ryan Dr. Ryan: As the institution to which the Deputy refers is not under the control of a local authority, I have no functions in relation to the terms of appointment and conditions of service of those employed at the institution, which are matters solely for the consideration of the board of governors. Mr. Dunne Mr. Dunne Mr. Dunne: Am I to understand that no contribution from public funds is made for the upkeep of these institutions? Dr. Ryan Dr. Ryan Dr. Ryan: There is a contribution.
