Question on the Adjournment.

Mr. Rooney: I desire to give notice that I intend to raise on the motion for the Adjournment the subject matter of Question No. 3. In view of the fact that there has been a great deal of propaganda to the effect that tea, sugar and butter were being black-marketed, I think we are entitled to [748] hear what the Minister's policy is in that regard.

Mr. Burke: What did you do about it over the last three years? There is a lot of hypocrisy about it.
