Proinsias MacAogáin asked the Minister for Finance if he will state the total amount of customs duty collected during the year ended 31st March, 1951, on (i) clothing and apparel; (ii) motor car parts and accessories; (iii) oil; (a) mineral hydrocarbon light, and (b) hydrocarbon, other sorts; (iv) spirits; (v) tobacco; (vi) sugar, molasses, [650] glucose, saccharin, sugar, etc., articles; (vii) wireless telegraphy apparatus.

The approximate net receipts of customs duty in the year ended 31st March, 1951, in respect of the heads enumerated in the question are:—
