Mr. C. Lehane asked the Minister for Justice whether he has satisfied himself that circuit court judges appointed to court areas which comprise Gaeltacht districts within their limits, are in all cases qualified to discharge their duties in the Irish language.

General MacEoin: I am satisfied that those circuit judges who have been appointed to be the judges assigned to circuits which embrace Gaeltacht districts are all competent to discharge the duties of their office in the Irish language.
