Mr. Brady asked the Minister for Defence if he is yet in a position to state when he hopes to publish directions as to the proper procedure in [327] regard to the flying of the National Flag.

Dr. O'Higgins: The question of the publication of directions to the public on procedure in regard to the National Flag has been under inter-departmental examination and it is hoped to have a guide on the subject prepared for issue to the public at an early date.
