Mr. Kyne Mr. Kyne Mr. Kyne asked the Minister for Agriculture whether he is yet in a position to state the results of the talks which have been going on between his Department and the fruit growers of County Waterford, and portions of Counties Cork and Kilkenny, in connection with a proposed apple-canning station at Dungarvan, County Waterford. Mr. Dillon Mr. Dillon 17 [17] Mr. Dillon: As talks between my Department and representatives of the fruit growers concerned are still proceeding I am not yet in a position to give any information in the matter, but I hope to see established in the area referred to a highly efficient and profitable marketing co-operative society in the early future.
