O'Higgins Minister for Defence (Dr. O'Higgins) (for Minister for Finance): I move that leave be given by the Dáil to introduce the following Supplementary Estimates for the service of the year ending on the 31st day of March, 1939, namely:— Votes Nos. 26 (Universities and Colleges), 64 (Army Pensions) and 68 (Health). Nos. 26 and 68 can be taken with the main Estimates. I would be grateful if the Dail would agree to take No. 64 to-day after Item 5.
