Mr. Byrne: ——to avert a milk shortage in the City of Dublin.

An Tánaiste: I move that the Deputy be suspended from the service of the Dáil.

Mr. Byrne: Why does he not answer the question?

An Ceann Comhairle: I declare the motion carried. The Deputy will withdraw.

Mr. Byrne: I still persist in protesting against the Minister's action in refusing to say what steps he is taking as regards the supply of milk to the City of Dublin.

An Ceann Comhairle: The Deputy will be removed from the House.

Mr. Byrne: Milk and butter are in short supply in Dublin to-day and I ask the Minister for Agriculture what steps he is taking to alleviate that shortage. I know how to conduct myself in this House but I am being treated differently from any other member of this House—I have always been.
