Mr. Dillon asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce whether, in view of the reduced acreage of wheat planted, owing to the inclement weather, he will negotiate with the International Emergency Food Council for the exchange of agreed volumes of oats from Ireland for hard wheat [577] from the United States of America and from Canada.
