Mr. Larkin (Junior) Mr. Larkin (Junior) Mr. Larkin (Junior) asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health if he will state when he expects to be in a position to submit legislative proposals in respect of a new superannuation code for employees of local authorities. Minister for Local Government and Public Health (Mr. MacEntee) Seán MacEntee Minister for Local Government and Public Health (Mr. MacEntee): As indicated in the reply to a similar question on 30th January last, it was not found possible to proceed with the consideration of the proposed Superannuation Bill owing to heavy pressure of legislative work in relation to the Local Government and Public Health measures at present before the House. I am not yet in a position to give a definite date for the introduction of the Bill but every endeavour will be made to have it ready for introduction soon. Mr. D. Morrissey Mr. D. Morrissey Mr. D.
