Mr. Flanagan asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health if he will state when he expects to be in a position to issue the findings of the sworn inquiry into the affairs of Leix County Council, held last year; and whether this report will be available for members of the council and the Press.

Mr. MacEntee: My decision will be given shortly. It will be issued to the county council. Its circulation to members of the council and the Press would be entirely a matter for the council.
