Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Collinstown Concrete Runways.

Mr. P.J. Fogarty asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if he is now in a position to state when the proposed scheme for the construction of concrete runways at Collinstown [1622] Airport, costing £250,000, will be put into operation.

Mr. Lemass: The preparation of plans and specifications is completed and it is hoped to invite tenders for the work very shortly. The carrying out of the work, of course, depends on the availability of plant and materials.
