Mr. Cosgrave Mr. Cosgrave Mr. Cosgrave asked the Minister for External Affairs if he is in a position to state whether any talks or negotiations, official or unofficial, have taken place recently between the Government and the Government of Great Britain concerning the solution of Partition; and, if so, if he will make a statement on the matter to Dáil Eireann.
