Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Old I.R.A. Men's Travelling Expenses.

[1517] Mr. Flanagan asked the Minister for Defence if he will refund the expense incurred in travelling to the city for interviews by the Pensions Board to all Old I.R.A. men who applied for pensions under the Military Service Pensions Act, 1934, and who were unsuccessful in their applications.

Mr. Boland (for the Minister for Defence): There is no provision in the Military Service Pensions Act, 1934, for the refund of travelling expenses incurred by applicants attending before the Referee.
