Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Agricultural Machinery.

Mr. Hughes asked the Minister for Supplies if he will say what are the prospects of securing further consignments of tractors, ploughs and other agricultural machinery.

Mr. Lemass: I anticipate that, as a result of arrangements made, reasonable supplies of reapers and binders and mowers will be secured, but present indications are that only small quantities of other agricultural machinery of foreign manufacture are likely to become available.
