Dr. O'Higgins asked the Minister for Supplies if he will state whether he has made a proposal to the British Government that a coal mine or coal mines in England should be leased to the Government of Eire to be worked by labour provided from this country, the coal so produced to be available for industry, transport and other necessary services in Eire; and, if so, what reply he has received from the British Government.
