Order of Business.

The Tánaiste: It is proposed to take item No. 3 on the Order Paper—Votes 55, 65, 71 and 63, in that order—and that at 9 o'clock the motion standing in the names of Deputies Murphy and Hurley be taken.

General MacEoin: Will the Tánaiste say if it is proposed by the Government to give Government time for the discussion of the motion standing in the name of Deputy O'Higgins and myself as a matter of urgent public importance?

The Tánaiste: Nothing has been mentioned to me before about it.

General MacEoin: Will the Tánaiste consider it?

The Tánaiste: Is the Deputy asking that?

General MacEoin: Yes.

The Tánaiste: I shall consider it.
