Risteárd Ua Maolchatha asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if he will state whether he has received the report of the Committee of Inquiry on legislation affecting trade marks and patents, and whether he proposes to publish it, and if so, when he proposes to publish it.

Mr. MacEntee: I have received the Reports of the Committee of Inquiry into Patent, Design and Trade Mark Law. The question of publication is under consideration and I am not at present in a position to make any statement on the matter.
