Mr. Corish asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health when it is proposed to issue provisional orders in connection with water and sewerage schemes for Fethard and Duncannon, County Wexford.

Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Local Government and Public Health (Dr. Ward): Provisional orders for the compulsory acquisition of land and other rights in connection with the provision of water supplies for Fethard and Duncannon have been made and will be issued to the local authority as soon as printed copies are available. The orders will not become operative until confirmed.
