Mr. Bennett asked the Minister for Lands whether it is the intention of the Land Commission to acquire the holding of Dr. Moore at Ruppulagh, Kilfinane, County Limerick.

Mr. Boland: The Land Commission are having inquiries made to ascertain the suitability for their purposes of the lands of Ruppulagh in the occupation of Dr. L.T. Moore and on completion of these inquiries the question of acquisition will be considered.
