Mr. Doyle (for Mr. Dillon) asked the Minister for Lands whether the Land Commission contemplates the acquisition and division of land belonging to B. McCarron, of Golan, Tyrevan, Killybrane, Emyvale, County Monaghan.

[13] Minister for Lands (Mr. Boland): The Deputy's question appears to refer to the lands of Tireran and Golan in the occupation of Mr. Bernard McCarron. The Land Commission have had an inspection made of these lands and the report received is under consideration, but no decision in the matter has yet been taken.
