Mr. O'Neill asked the Minister for Justice if he will state (1) how many farms in the Beara Peninsula were visited since 1st January, 1938, by the Gárda Síochána and court messengers to levy amounts due in respect of land [631] annuities; (2) in how many cases were seizures actually made in default of payment; and (3) what was the gross amount realised in cash by the subsequent sale of the stock so seized.
