Mr. Patrick J. Fogarty asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if he has yet arrived at a decision to grant the loan applied for by the Dublin County Council towards the improvement scheme for Loughshinny Harbour, Skerries, which has already been approved of by the Office of Public Works and for which a grant [394] has been sanctioned by the Department of Finance.

Mr. Moylan: The application for a loan by the Dublin County Council towards the improvement works referred to in the question is at present under active consideration, but a decision in the matter has not yet been taken.
