Minister for Finance (Mr. MacEntee): I move:—

That it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas of any expenses incurred in carrying into effect any Act of the present Session to make provision for divers matters relating to local authorities, and for that and other purposes to amend the Public [1093] Health (Ireland) Act, 1878, and other enactments relating to local government and public health.
