Mr. J. Flynn asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce whether he will have inquiry made as to the conditions of employment of employees of Eady's Woollen Mill, Ballymanus, Beaufort, County Kerry, with a view to compliance with the provisions of the Conditions of Employment Act, 1936.

Mr. Derrig: No complaint has been made to my Department by or on behalf of any worker employed at these woollen mills that the Conditions of Employment Act, 1936, are not being complied with.
